This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is formulated by AH Pro (hereinafter referred to as "we") to explain how we collect, store, and use information gathered through our products, services, and website (collectively referred to as "our Services"). If you have any questions or complaints regarding this Policy, please contact customer service. By installing, using, registering, or otherwise accessing our Services, you signify your acceptance of this Policy and explicitly consent to the processing, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described herein. If you do not accept this Policy, please do not install, use, register, or otherwise access our Services. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time and will post the revised text on this page. Therefore, please review this page frequently. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

1. In this Policy, "Non-Personal Information" refers to information that cannot directly identify you. It also includes information that is "aggregated" and "de-identified," meaning data we collect about the use of our Services from which personally identifiable elements have been removed.

3. We may use third-party analytics tools to develop our Services and analyze your usage. These tools will use and process data collected through our Services according to their privacy policies. Please read their privacy policies carefully before installing, using, registering, or accessing our Services to understand their data handling practices, including their names, addresses, and contact details.

4. By installing, using, registering, or accessing our Services, you agree to our use of these third-party analytics tools, accept their privacy policies, and explicitly consent to the processing, use, and disclosure of your data as outlined therein. If you do not accept a tool's privacy policy, please do not use our Services.

5. We may disclose and permit our partners and trustees (including third-party service providers such as credit card processors, email service providers, shipping agents, data analysts, and business information providers) to use your Non-Personal Information to analyze service usage, deliver advertising, manage or provide our Services, or improve our Services and other products.

6. You acknowledge and agree that the analytics companies we use may combine information collected through our Services with other information about your activities collected independently from other products or services, according to their own policies.

We may use, combine, and associate this information as per this Policy.

III. Your Rights Regarding Personal Information

1. Correcting Your Personal Information:** You have the right to request correction of inaccurate information. Contact customer service via the in-app channel. We will respond within three business days.

2. Deleting Your Personal Information:

You may request deletion in the following circumstances:

If our processing violates laws/regulations.

If collection/use occurred without your consent.

If our processing breaches an agreement with you.

If you no longer use our products/services or have deactivated your account.

If we no longer provide you with products/services.

If we comply, we will also notify entities that received your information from us to request deletion, unless otherwise required by law or if they have your separate authorization. Deletion from our backup systems may not be immediate but will occur upon backup update.

3.Withdrawing Your Consent:

You may withdraw consent for additional Personal Information collection/use at any time by contacting in-app customer service. Withdrawal will not affect processing that occurred prior to withdrawal but may impact your ability to use related services.

4.Account Deactivation Right:

If you wish to deactivate your account, please contact customer service. Deactivation prevents login and clears related data. Processing is typically completed within one business day after review.

5.Right to Know About Cross-Border Data Transfers:

The information you provide will be used while you use our Services and deleted upon account deactivation. It is stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Any cross-border transfer will strictly comply with laws and require your separate authorization.

IV. Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Information

1. Personal Information may be disclosed as stipulated by law and this Policy. We may also disclose it to our affiliates.

2. We may engage agents and trustees to collect/process Personal Information on our behalf, instructing them to comply with this Policy. We may share your information with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, shippers, data analysts) as necessary for them to perform services for us. We are not liable for their acts/omissions unless required by law.

3. We may disclose your information to third parties (e.g., law enforcement) when required to investigate fraud, IP infringement, or other illegal activity, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to address actual/potential violations of rights, property, operations, user safety, to combat fraud, or comply with legal obligations. Where permitted, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such disclosure.

4. While we do not sell your email, phone number, or address, we may aggregate and anonymize user data for our own use or to provide to third parties.

V. Permission Explanations

1. Location Data: If a Service supports location, we may collect/process it to provide location-related services/ads (e.g., location-specific add-ons). We may use GPS, Wi-Fi, IP address, etc. We will not access precise GPS location without your consent. We do not share precise GPS location with third parties without consent, and if shared per this Policy, it is anonymized. We may share coarse location anonymously with partners.

2.Photo Library Access: Required for functions like uploading profile pictures or adding photos. All uploaded photos are encrypted and stored by us, not directly/indirectly provided to any third party.

3.Device Information Collection: We collect device information (e.g., IMSI, SSID, WiFi name, IP, MEID, Android ID, IDFA, brand, OS, version) to create a unique identifier and for integration with Umeng+ SDK for statistical analysis.

4.MAC Address Collection: Umeng+ SDK collects MAC address and unique device identifiers for statistical analysis (e.g., user retention, activity) and anti-cheat services.

5.Camera: Used for taking photos/videos (e.g., profile picture, adding to AH Pro).

6.Microphone: Used for voice recording function. The microphone is not accessed when the function is not in use. Recordings are encrypted and only decryptable on your device.

7.File Storage: Used for saving photos/files to your device. We do not actively access your device data. All files are encrypted and only decryptable on your device.

8.Screen Time: Used to help parents protect children, hide inappropriate apps, and manage time. We do not actively access this data.

VI. Data Retention and Correction

1. We retain data until the purposes stated in this Policy are fulfilled, unless law requires/permits longer retention. Thereafter, data may be completely deleted within a reasonable time if no longer needed. We do not verify the accuracy of Personal Information.

2. Notwithstanding the above, we may retain data necessary for dispute resolution, enforcing user agreements, meeting technical/legal requirements, and maintaining service security/integrity.

VII. Third-Party Terms and Conditions

1. Your use of our Services may be subject to terms/conditions and privacy policies of third parties (e.g., app stores, map providers, OS platforms, game platforms, social networks, payment intermediaries). You acknowledge we are not responsible for these.

2. We may provide links to third-party products/services via ads, etc. We are not associated with or control these entities and are not responsible for their actions, products, services, or data use. Providing a link does not imply association or control.

3. We may offer partners' services (e.g., contests, surveys). These may require Personal Information for registration/access and will identify the partner. If you choose to provide information, it may be given directly/indirectly to the third party, and you will be subject to their privacy practices, for which we are not responsible. Review their policies before disclosing information.

4. Certain services (multiplayer games, shopping, social features) may use third-party services to verify identities/accounts. Participating may automatically transmit relevant user/account data to these third parties. You consent to our processing, use, integration, disclosure, and retention of such data per this Policy.

VIII. Safeguards

1. We employ reasonable industry-standard measures to protect information security, integrity, and confidentiality. Access to your Personal Information is restricted to personnel needing it for tasks under this Policy or technical maintenance. It is stored in secure, non-public environments (e.g., firewalled, potentially encrypted servers). However, no system is 100% secure. Unauthorized access may occur despite our efforts. Furthermore, user content may be unreliable, misleading, or illegal. We cannot verify other users' statements. You assume risks related to data theft, fraud, or illegal infringement by using our Services.

2. Not accepting this Policy or providing requested information may limit your access to our Services/functions. Providing information entails risks of theft, unlawful possession, or misuse, potentially harming your security, property, or reputation.

IX. Third-Party SDK Service Descriptions

X. Account Deactivation

If you no longer wish to use the app and need to deactivate your account, please contact in-app customer service. We will complete the deactivation within 1 business day. Deactivated accounts cannot log in, and related data will be cleared.

You may also self-deactivate if logged in via phone/email: Go to Settings -> Tap your avatar -> Tap "Account Deactivation" at the bottom -> Agree to the deactivation terms -> Complete deactivation.

XI. Policy Revisions

Our Privacy Policy may change.

We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent. Any changes will be posted on this page.

For significant changes, we will notify you via prominent notice within the product/service or other suitable means. If you disagree with the changes, please stop using the app and its services immediately.

"Significant changes" include but are not limited to:

1. Major changes in our service model (purpose, types of PI, usage methods).

2. Major ownership/organizational changes (e.g., business adjustment, bankruptcy, merger).

3. Changes in primary recipients for PI sharing, transfer, or public disclosure.

4. Significant changes to your rights regarding PI processing.

5. Changes to our responsible PI security department, contact details, or complaint channels.

6. When a PI security impact assessment indicates high risk.

XII. Other Provisions

1. Please understand that social networks and our Services may be open. Information you disclose (e.g., in forums, blogs, chats) may become public. We are not responsible for Personal Information you choose to disclose in such public settings.

2. If you are considered a minor in your jurisdiction, please obtain parental/guardian consent before using/accessing our Services. We encourage parents/guardians to monitor children's online activity. We do not knowingly collect PI from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

3. We may store and/or disclose your PI overseas to affiliates/partners per law and this Policy. We may disclose your PI to third parties in connection with major corporate events (mergers, reorganization, sale of assets, etc.), including during due diligence. This Policy will continue to apply to the PI.

4. Your data is controlled by our company. This Policy and our use of your PI are governed by the laws of our domicile (which may differ from yours). To unsubscribe from newsletters/promotional communications, contact customer service.

5. We will endeavor to allow you to review, update, or correct your PI with us. Contact customer service for requests. We will need sufficient information to verify your identity and process the request. Note that even after changes/deletion, we may retain certain data for dispute resolution, agreement enforcement, and security/integrity/operational technical and legal requirements.

6. We periodically assess compliance. Upon receiving a formal written complaint, we will attempt direct contact to resolve it. We will cooperate with competent authorities (including data protection authorities) to resolve complaints regarding PI collection, use, transfer, or disclosure. Any dispute related to this Policy shall be resolved by the competent court in our domicile.
